Yeah....I needed a place to put this cuz I deleted it by accident then the topic it was in was closed
Hey. I'm militarydudes. I'm sure lot's of you recognize me. I've been on scratch for 2 and a half years.
I've become really bored recently, and kinda want something to do. I also want to help with something. No one really expresses interest in my projects (except the one I got in scratchers weekly), so I thought I should help out around the community.
-I like to help people in difficult situations, as I seem to be good at understanding others feelings.
-I won't be super strict, nor laid back. I want to stay a part of the community, and I won't act like some high up person who wants control. But I will still enforce proper authority when needed.
-I want to stop trolls.
-I can give good advice.
-I'm on scratch ALL THE TIME, so I think I would make a good full time mod.
The wanting to be a mod out of boredom is not my MAIN reason. I want to help more than fill my boredom. I'm just bad at writing speeches.

Why do you group expressing opinion and spamming together? :\
And I don't think just being bored should be reason enough to want to become a mod

I greatly agree with Blade-edge. Although I think it's fantastic you'd like to help out around the community, doing it simply out of motivation from boredom seems like a bad form of inspiration. You should become a moderator because you have a strong drive to help the community AND you think you can take on the responsibility, not simply for the title or idea of it.

Ah, I know you feel bored and want something to do, but you don't need to be a moderator to fill up your boredom.
Here's something you could try out to keep you from feeling less bored on Scratch while still helping out:
- Look through the surprise projects and keep refreshing until you stumble upon a project that looks interesting. Who knows, maybe you just found your next favorite Scratcher!
- Go to the New Scratchers forum section and greet new Scratchers; comment on their newest projects if they have already uploaded them to the website, suggest other Scratchers, galleries, or projects they might be interested in.
- Look around on 'All About Scratch', or 'Troubleshooting' - there's someone there whose bound to need help, and, if you can offer it, offer it!

In that case, can anyone resurrect Ronald Reagan from the dead for me? I'm sure he could teach me how to properly give speeches

I can, but that would go against the laws
Try a witch doctor
Or just get someone to write a speech for you
