Something is amiss

So, this is the Arabian Scratch site
I'm just wondering, why are they separate from the main site?
And is there a different site for any other languages?

I think it is because everything has to be reversed.
They also probably optimised some little things as well.

I noticed that after I downloaded their scratch
It's only up to 1.3, and their servers are far, so it took like 20 minutes
