I will drop the idea of remaking Megaman 2, and I will just make my own Megaman 11! I will use custom music. So...nothing much yet. The engine is really good so far.

The only huge things I need help with is making it so depending on how long you hold down the jump button, he jumps higher. Also, I need help with ground sensoring, since it has trouble finding out if I'm on ground, glitching the "land on ground" sound, and it keeps Megaman in a jumping position for about a second until it realizes that it's touching the ground.

So far, the engine includes: walking (obviously), velocity jumping, very close to the real way megaman jumps, there are animations for walking, and jumping. You can also shoot your buster, up to 3 at a time, just like the real game. I set up jumping and shooting so you MUST let go of the key after using, so if you jump, you have to press it again to jump again, to keep from cheap auto shooting and cheap jumps. The game is fully compatible with a computer controller. Instead of using up to jump, and space to shoot, it uses x to jump and z to shoot, making it so you have buttons to climb ladders, and so if you are using a pc controller, you are able to play it with the regular control scheme. Also, I have the sound effect for landing on ground (there is a engine problem I have with using it though), and I have a shooting sound effect. So far it is going very well.

Note: If your computer has a virus detection, don't worry. That is for some reason with the chip compiler, it is trying to complete an action. Just dismiss it and continue.

Tell me how the engine is so far! I know it's glitchy, but this is VERY early in the engine, need I remind you.

Please give feedback on if this engine is close to the original games or not! Not much you can do now...just jump, climb a ladder, shoot, and there is some music and sound effects.

Also, I should let you guys know I made this 100% on my own, other then images and music and sound. I completely scripted it all on my own, without copying ANY scripts.
