It would be rather ridiculous to add this, it would simply be a way of feeding the trolls.

Well, this isn't really necessary, and you said this is available in Pun-BB forums. The Scratch Forums are Flux-BB and as far as I know the Scratch team doesn't have any plans to change that any time soon.

Anyways, about the topic, this smiley isn't really necessary and it would be commonly used by trolls. The real meaning behind it, that it's a smiley angry at all the spam, is easily lost and it would most likely be used accompanying actual spam if there was somebody intentionally trying to troll. I think this thread should be closed.
