Nice! I like the new format. I'm working on a rom hack, or at least figuring out how to do one, so I'm having to try spicing pokemon too. As I am not too good at it, it gives me a bit more respect for the quality of yours. Anyway, good job. I especially like nectawing and sapsuck.

I like the snakes, but the leaf on the bigger one is SOOO messed up. O yah, you REALLY need to make some starters (what every good fakedex needs).

Flarunt and Poneaf are starters. Water starter is Iqua, it is coming soon.

Ok, names bug me. I hate it when fakemon have lame names. Some of yours are good. I will rate them:
Dustorm: Depends what it is. I'd say 8/10 if it is like a, dust storm? Lol?
Sandpile: Sorry. It is two words not connected. 4/10.
Kurse: Sounds cute and simple. 8/10
Chandleer: A bit boring. Just a misspelling. 6.5/10
Nekrodragoon: Too long for a pokemon name, and I cannot understand the name meaning. Explain? But it sounds cool, so 7/10
Rusteel: Sounds nice. 8/10
The ones that are 7 and up you should keep.
What is Sandpile? A pile of sand? A pyramid? A sand dune? Quicksand?
And what is Nekrodragoon derived from?
Anyways, I can help you with concepts. Simply do this:
1. Think of an idea. (EG Porcupine)
2. Combine it with another idea. (EG Thistle) OPTIONAL
3. Give it a type (Or two) (EG Grass)
4. Draw or Sketch it. OPTIONAL
5. Name it (EG Porcupin)
6. Evolve it (EG Barbistle) OPTIONAL
I will post a more in depth tutorial later.
Oh, and thanks iCode.
BTW, working on a Grass Fighting tree frog. I am using Croagunk as a base.
