Scratch Going Green Party

Scratch should have a Going Green Party or fundraiser. It could get Scratch good publicity and Scratch could help save the planet.

Great idea! How would this party work? Where would it happen?

I think there's better places than Scratch to have such a party, but hey, if it's for the Earth, I'm happy for it  smile

Nice idea, but I, personally, wouldn't particapate... No offence.

PERSONALLY, I don't think the Earth currently needs saving, but I do think we should be good stewards of it, meaning we shouldn't abuse it.

Also, don't try to change my mind. I've already though about it for a while, and I've chosen my opinion.

I wouldn't mind if there would be a going green party, though.  wink

I love it! Maybe there could be a version of Scratch with all the blocks shades of green and blue and the default sprite would be a tree!  tongue  As to where it should be, maybe people could get a 500 or so Scratchers around the world to host it in their country. So everyone could come.

Currently, the earth doesn't need saving. People are overreacting.

But a going green party wouldn't be all that bad. Like, nothing on the site would be in a high P, they'd be down in the area where 170P and 480P is. That way, nothing is heavy on your computer, making it greener.

But, personally, I don't really think Scratch needs one.
