Maybe you should do 3 a week and do a  'recommended' ages 6 - 10 to do ............... 11 - 13 .....
14 - 18 ..............

And then if people feel their  age goups challenge is too easy or too hard they can choose between another one that suits their programming capability

Current Challenge: Make A Cool Cursor
The challenge is to make a cursor. It doesn't have to be a cursor you can download to your computer, just one in scratch. Add objects you can drag around. Add a theme to the project. Add a looping little tune that fits the theme.

Cursor follows mouse pointer.....................10pts
Can click and drag objects.........................20pts
Follows a theme......................................10pts
Looping Music.........................................6pts
Effort....................................................4pts

Beginner Challenge: Virtual Saxaphone
April is Jazz apreciation month. Make a saxaphone that can be played. Also add a button that plays a jazzy tune when clicked.
Scoring
Uses as many notes as possible.................................25pts
Button that plays a tune...............20pts
Effort....................................5pts





Advanced Challenge: Virtual Place
The challenge is to make a virtual version of a place. The place could be something like an amusement park, a zoo, an aquarium, or mall. You should have a "main menu" where you can click on where you want to go in that place. Please add at least 5 places to go. Add some music that fits the place. Also, have a little activity to do other than going to different areas of the place. (For Example: If you made a mall you could actually shop there.)  Please don't make a virtual version of a country. See my project http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Jacobo/125687 as an example.

Scoring
Based on a popular place..............20pts
At leat 5 different areas to go to.....10pts
A side activity..........................10pts
Music and Main Menu...................5pts
Effort....................................5pts






Elite Challenge: Alien Guess Who
Make a game of Guess Who, the board game. There's a difference though. You have to make all the people aliens. There are different ways you could do this, so think carefully.

Scoring
Follows the Basis of the Original Board Game......15pts
All characetrs are aliens..............................15pts
Multyplayer or has a "Virtual Player"................10pts
