Get ID3 tags (artist, album, track, etc.) and put them in scratch.......Is this possible?

You could always simply copy and paste the data from another program into Scratch - but no, Scratch can't directly access ID3 tags quite yet, unfortunately.
Yeah. Like Coolstuff said. It's not possible at this time.
