That's right, someone recorded the sounds from Scratch off of the "Elmo knows where you live" project into a flipnote, and started a meme. Now everyone is making those flipnotes.

But someone recorded the video's sound and put it in a Scratch project, then someone supposedly took the sound files and made that thing Samurai linked to. I guess we can't be 100% positive thats where the creator of that animation thing got the sound, though.
