Scratch

I had something to do with the creation of new members but, I don't know much about the technical aspect of it.

So I created this thread in order to ask questions and, so these questions can be answered to anyone that was also wondering. (Hopefully, this thread hasn't been made already).


1) Are "New Members" manually made into "Scratcher's" or, is it done automatically through some sort of system?

And, I thought this list would be much longer but it's fate says no.
