My little sister kept complaining about how all the forums that she went on had "too many rules".  A big problem for her was the rule against spamming.  I told her that she shouldn't be spamming on forums, but I decided to make my own forum where she could do whatever she wanted (with rules against anything like s*x jokes and other R-rated material).  She said that she'd like more people to join, so I posted this advertisement here.  If you'd like to join the Time for Random forums, you can click the link.  I'm the Admin, and ChickenBobRox is the moderator.
