I think the best way to go about something like this is to replace "Flag as inappropriate" with a more catch-all term. Clicking "Flag as inappropriate" actually gives you a box to describe why you are flagging the project. Maybe we could change it to something different, such as "Flag as bad for Scratch"?
Oh, and this should go in Suggestions.

Most people think inappropriate means bad images or words. But wearing a t-shirt to a black-tie event is inappropriate. That's sort of like what happens here, so there should be a more broad term, but it means the second version of inappropriate (but still includes the first)
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos
