I have tried using BBCode to insert images to my signature. The images are stored in my PC (not online), and I can't get the image tags to work. I try opening the image in the Internet, no dice. I'd like to know how to make this work (what I should edit in the code, where to put URLs, etc.). Also, after I learn that, I'd like to know how to make the image a link to a project.
Thank you.

The image needs to be online to put it in your signature. Try uploading your image to an image hosing site, such as Tinypic or ImageShack.
Then, copy the BBCode for the image, and paste it into your signature. After that, copy the URL of the project to the signature box, and add BBCode so that it looks something like this:
[url=<project URL>][img]<Image URL[/img][/url]
Hope this helps

Wolfie1996 got it. I recommend TinyPic because it's free and doesn't require you to sign up. Once you upload it, just use the link they give you and use the image tag. You also only need the url tag if you want the image to link to something. If you want a plain image, just use [img]UrlOfImage[/img].
