Click Print Screen, then open a paint program, press ctrl+V, and save. To post it on the forunms, upload to tinypic.com and copy the img code. Hope this helps.

You would use the "Print Screen" or "PrtScn" button in the top right of your keyboard, then paste it into an image editor to save it
