Chicago style hot dogs??? I guess. Maybe pizza too. The Midwest (not only Illinois) is "famous" for corn. Because there are so many farms and such.

Erm… Canada has poutine. And Southern Ontario grows most of the corn in Canada.

Other than that, not too many unique foods up here. I wish I lived in Italy  tongue  .

I don't live in Philadelphia, but it's the closest major city to me. I know they're famous for their cheesesteaks and soft pretzels.
