Internet Help

my internet speed is only at 0.8mbps!  Does anyone know how I can increase my speed?

That's the only one I can think of...

lol i've tried that already.
and i've cleared the cache to increase browsing speed.
hoping for some other ideas.

EDIT: i will hopefully be moving the modem all that stuff upstairs so that it connects easier.

Also, move closer to the modem.

Have you tried firefox? I use Chrome, but Firefox is my second choice when Chrome isn't working right.

the computer, it definitely won't work, i've been having this problem for ages and have restarted the computer plenty of times.

Do you have other computers you can use? If you have others but someone else is using them, ask them to run the test.

it's something to do with how far away my computer is from the router i think.

What are you complaining about? My dl speed is like 1.5mbps, and it's pretty fast
0.8 isn't that far
