It is hard. First, you must get the Source Code. Then, learn Squeak. Scratch is written in Squeak.

*sigh* yet another mod.
please please PLEASE don't just add a couple of blocks - make some interface changes too. there's too many of those 'one block adding' already...

How do you actually open the source code? My computer diesn't recognise the file type.
