One of my projects got a comment from another Scratch user. He/she said that, he/she too, liked Gorillaz, and posted a link to a Gorillaz fansite she
made.

I followed the link, and it was NOT a Gorillaz fansite, but spam! My browser minimized to half-way open, [description removed by moderator]. Every time I tried to close the browser moved, and I had to log off of the computer close the window.

I told he/she about it, and he/she apalogized, saying that was a prank from her/his brother, and than posted the link to the REAL site. That was a (insert P word) site.

Was she/he a spammer, or was it. an innocent mistake ? Answer, based on what u think?

Unless her/his brother is really annoying her, it's very likely he/she is just trolling you for liking Gorillaz. hmm

Maybe. But there was "noodlefan" in the username, and Noodle is the guitarist of Gorillaz.

Oh, is that what I think it is?

Does the browser say "Hello!" when you try to close it? When you scroll onto the browser, does it move to the opposite side of the screen?

It it were me, I would suggest flagging the comment down. The site you described is known as a browser exploit, which are not tolerated on the Scratch website as they harm other users.

Report it even if it was a mistake. If somebody else went on the project they could click the link, which would cause it to happen to them. hmm
