Scratch resets variables everytime you save or upload. If you don't want that to happen, just show all your variables when uploading.  smile

Sometimes, when you save or upload a variable and it's not showing, it goes to the wrong place  sad

The above posters are correct: the variable's position is reset every rime you save or upload the project without it showing.
