Scratch

I put this in troubleshooting but it might need to go either in advanced topic or suggestions. not sure.

anyway, the scratch team seems to not want to fix the time zone bug, where the time zone does't change. (this post chapter 2)

i was thinking of two possible solutions:

a) edit the PHP i/o (that might be the problem)

b) somehow add an extra HTML kind of add-on where it replaces all the times found in the page's source code with whatever selected time zone change.

tell me what you think and if it's possible. it really bugs me
