Well, I was thinking of modding, and since the rules can't change after the 20th, then technichally it is fair. Right? I can disqualify myself if you (and maybe another person?) want. But since there is only 2 teams, diqualifying myself would require another team. I think...

Well theres bound to be more perople going to join, but if your udging then you can't be making a mod, that would just be unfair, aslong as you don't judge or infulence the judges then it will be fair.

So I should disqualify myself? And actually I would just make a mod, not judge.

Remember that you can start a team anytime before September 31. The long wait is so the rules can be changed as needed. It wouldn't be fair to change them after it started.

Can you use some blocks that other mods happen to have in them? Because some blocks are mod essentials that almost everyone's mod has (like [set stretch to ( )%] and <[ v] received?>), and if you don't copy them, you should be able to use them as long as you add never-before-seen blocks too, right? If so, I'll join. If not, I'll be a judge.

If the idea is used in many mods, yes. But you have to code it yourself.
BTW O'm looking for someone to join team America.

Muhuhahaha, I memorized the ScratchEvent one!
But, if anyone steals my canvas resizing tool from the paint editor I'm going to get them disqualified.
This is why I'm only mentioning Auto by its name, not its description. >:D

Depending on how many people enter, for example maybe if there were 10 entries. The Scratch Users could vote the top 5 then liked the most. Then the judges pick the winner. If you are do this, I could make the voting system.
Just an idea.
Thanks
