i was thinking about posting in the forums a topic called "rate me as a scratcher" but is that considered spams?

Well, there are a lot of topics in Miscellaneous called something along the lines of "am I famous?" so as long as the topic had a purpose, I don't think it should be an issue.

Good point, but I think it would only be a TBG if it was "rate the person above you" or something.

Well, not necissarily if it was a TBG. But if in the Misc forums or any other forum, then it's spam.

I think coolstuff is correct... it's not a continuous game; it's a feedback topic. I've seen Scratchers make them before, and they weren't closed saying that they belonged in the TBG.
