I'm getting to the bottom of this, seeing as I'm an admin. 

UPDATE: Banned for 3 days. He has quite a history. It might be FMT, not sure, though.

main section: Pika100chu is a scratcher who has made lots of projects. He works on them in his spare time, even using Scratch on his laptop! His most viewed project, the banana button, got 170 views by accident. He recently made a programming language-type project, which he named Cheese.
