Oh, the newest version of Windows Movie MAker is amazing with frame-by-frame animation.
I made many animations with it that way. It's the simplest thing EVER. No sarcasticness.

Hmm, my version of WMM came with my laptop, which I bought in 2006... maybe I should think about getting the newest version of WMM first before thinking about other options.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

Yes. It's much faster and with better animating options.
