Hello, all supporters of Project Pac-man. Today, I bring you some sad news. As of 6PM Scratch Time, on 11/22/11, I am ending the petition and efforts of Project Pac-man. I thank you all for your efforts.
I remember the day I read that 124scratch's project had been taken down for copyright reasons. I started this petition, expecting, at most, ten or twenty signatures, if I was lucky. This has exceeded my expectations and I'm sorry I have to let it go. However, I have a variable homework load, and a tight schedule. When I'm on, this is always closed due to a lack of postings. I thanks the moderators who helped update this throughout the past few months. I'd like to keep this topic open for a little while, just so people can post their opinions on the termination of the project. Once again, I'm sorry to have to let this go. If anybody is interested in carrying on the legacy of the project, I will post the code for the topic post. This project would be impossible without the help of so many people, and to all of those people, the credit for the project goes.
Originally named "Petition to get the Pac-Man project back online!"...
A big thanks to cheddargirl for updating this!
Note to self: [recount thread to make sure about number of petitioners]
Who here thinks that what NAMCO did is COMPLETELY unfair and that the project should be put back online, along with an apology to the user?
Supporters: (161!! ) (Record: 167)

Also, I would strongly suggest making your own Pac-Man projects and uploading them.
I will do my best to get this mentioned on my town's TV station, as I work there.

Add your pac-man projects to this gallery!
^For some reason, the gallery stopped working. ^

You should expect to be ignored
That's too bad. When does it start though? Because you seemed eager to reply to me

You don't know about the pac-man thing yet? Go to This.
how was I supposed to find this?
But this is riddiculous If you go on iGoogle, there are countless pac-man games. and yet, they chose to pick on sopme random kid!
And they don't even know that scratch includes a pac-man game in the sample projects!
I agree that it's ridiculous, and I guess I support, but the reason I said no is because this won't hold up in court. It's their property, and if they want to do that, they can. Just because we petition, doesn't mean anything will happen..
Unless the media catches word about this and blows it up, and you get hundreds of supporters, and news broadcasts. If I were you, I'd write up an article and send it to a news source with a lot of power just to see if anything happens
