I have a little dilemma. My latest project (No handlebars, link in sig) isn't on the 100 top viewed list or the 100 top loved list, even though it has more love-its or views than most of the projects there. I know it's not a matter of slow updating, because my project has had 8 love-its exactly for the past few hours and I saw it on the list before. It's also not a matter of Top-Viewed time-out, because it's less than a day old.
Did you block it from being able to get on the front page? If so, why? And how can you be so cruel? If this is the case, please make it able to be seen on the front page, I worked hard on this project.

Sometimes it takes a day to update.
Also, it depends how spread out the love its are I think.
And also, I don't think Download-only projects are allowed on the front page.
Oh and have you had a front page project before?

Why aren't they allowed? Also, I saw it there before.
If this is the reason, and someone from the ST confirms this, I'll fix it right away.

It might just be with featured, but I am sure I heard it somewhere.
Probably because new users looking at scratch projects will get confused and maybe have not yet downloaded scratch yet.

Hmm.... if this is the case, I'm working on it now. Paddle2See is online now, maybe he can confirm this?
EDIT: NUUU hes offline now.

Well, I don't know for sure, but it might be the implied violence of a kid on a bicycle being run over by a car. That might be too scary for younger or more sensitive souls.
The Scratch Team can mark a project as Not For Everybody (NFE for short) which means it may be offensive to some people but it's not judged so offensive that it is removed from the site. Kind of like a PG-13 rating at the movies. However projects marked as NFE are not shown on the front page regardless of how many views or loveits they get. Your project has been marked as NFE by the team but I'm not sure exactly why. You might want to contact the team directly using the Contact Us form to discuss it further.

Thanks for the info. I used the Contact us button and wrote an email. Hopefully they'll respond in less than two days.

When I do that, they usually respond in an hour or two.

That's odd. I wonder why they reply to some users faster?

Some of the team has been away for a bit. They are probably digging themselves out from a mountain of email

That same thing happened to me!
I have a project (link in my sig) that should be pretty high on the top viewed list, but it isn't even there.

I think that's pretty lame. I don't see how it was "scary." Kids need to know of death, becuase it happens.

It wasn't even apparent that the kid died.
I was watching it in presentation mode then the kid disappeared and a car drive by. I thought it was the car coming up behind the kid, but then it went to the end credits
