I used to train by putting out in front the pokémon that needed the least XP till the next level, its a good way to train at low levels as it avoid you relying to much on one high leveled monster  smile

Also your Weedle will get killed by the gym as flying types do amazing against bug types.

yeah, it should do fine, keep training up your Weedle it evolves good, but just dont be surprisesd if it gets killed in the gym.

Flying vs Flying will be even.

If your pokémons level is better you'll win if not the other way around.

The 1st Gym only has two pokémon and they're both around lv 10.
