Go to Profile (Next to the Search and Forums Home buttons), go to Personality, and there is a text box, in which you can enter in your signature. (The pictures you're talking about.) You can use the img tag to put an image in. Just put the url of the image. For example, [img]http://www.mentalfloss.com/blogs/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/400pancake_bunny.jpg[/img] would give you:
To find an image's URL, just right-click it and select "Copy image URL"
