What if projects had a rating of 1-5 or 1-10? the brilliance of this is that if a not so good project gets on best rated, it will instantly go down by it getting rated down.

This has been suggested before, and has essentially been vetoed because it could discourage some Scratchers from making projects if their projects get rated down - a fair point. I like the idea, but it's just a little harsh. That's why there's no "hate it" button or anything 
Usually, rude comments are deleted, too.
