I don't know where this topic goes.

The Suspence example sound that comes with example sounds in Scratch is very similar to Windows 98/95/2000 OS music startup.

Come on, try Broadcastic OS 2.0. It has 3 editions for businesses, media, and home. Also, there's Broadcastic OS Metro Edition Release Candidate.
