Changeable Variables
How can I make changing variables that have the slide bar?

Right-click on the variable watcher (the thing that tells you what the variable is on the stage) and select "slider." You can further change the minimum and maximum values by selecting "Set Slider Min and Max" after the variable watcher is being displayed.
