First sentence- UGHH. I am VERY jealous of you now XD
I've had to buy all of my CD's with my own money. Plus I got myself the Beatles Rockband, so yeah. I'm left with six dollars.
2nd&3rd sentences- Thats.. Scary.

Yeah. I always just assumed that they were a little...you know...when they wrote that song.

No, but seriously. He was a serial murderer, and Paul made him famous. He killed Joan (his girlfriend), his professor, and the judge.

Re: Favorite Bands

I don't think the Beatles are that good, but that's just me. Anyway, I listen to a bunch of different bands and don't really have a favorite. I just like bands/artists that write songs with some sort of emotion/meaning, unlike so many modern artists.

well, I'm not dagamez, but I think that imagine was his best solo song. His other solo stuff was pretty good, but not as good as the beatles.

It's fine  smile  I'm happy you answered.
My signature was very much inspired by 'Imagine.' I like Mother, Woman, and How Do You Sleep? but Imagine was probably the best.

I agree with this. Both were good, and Imagine was excellent. but the original Beatles takes the cake. However Maxwell's Silver Handle was not true. If you read the Wikipedia article there is a quote saying Paul came up with the story to represent unexpected turns in life.

That's what I get for just reading the first sentence of stuff.
And it's midnight, so I wouldn't be very alert anyway XD

Hey. I made a five sentence pact on another thread. You can't blame me. You should take it too. Do you only read the first sentence so you can post faster and get more 60 second rules?

No citation, though - makes me a bit leery.  hmm  But here's a quote by Paul McCartney that shows the same thing: (Linky to article)

"It epitomizes the downfalls in life. Just when everything is going smoothly, Bang! Bang! Down comes Maxwell's Silver Hammer and ruins everything."

No? I do not enjoy getting the sixty-second rule. I don't think anyone does. Aaand technically that wasn't 5 sentences about the topic, because the topic is Favorite Bands.
