Bah. I say that, you don't have to. It's kinda a "I support" thing. Like coolstuff. Just try.

I'll join, because I feel that the 60 second rule is very frustrating. The idea of typing 5 sentences would negate that. However, I type very fast, so I am not sure if this will work for me. Ah well, at least it will help others. Now that I've finished typing my 5 sentence quota, I'll submit this.
Nice job! Even if I type fast, I can still evade the rule in 5 sentences.

Happens to me too. Just add some short ones like Lol.

Actually, I've just thought - won't we end up getting a lot of posts with "filler" sentences in?
Perhaps we should say that "if you don't have anything useful to put in those sentences, try to put time into what you did write, and make sure that you get your ideas across clearly"?
That would stop people from just putting in random sentences that confuse others... Because if someone just needed to say "Thanks", it might seem a little odd if they wrote a paragraph on the subject of thanking people.

Today is the day in which it starts. It shall be intresting to see and watch. I did not enter as i did not know it was happening but i shall watch. I have a feeling it will turn out great. Hopefully it will stop scratchers being annoyed about the 60 second rule. Personnaly i dont mind it though.

I would agree, but won't. How would it detect 5 sentances? Counting periods? That's frustrating. And. They. Can. Do. This. You see?

It is nice of you to participate.
In this event that is so great.
Seriously. Thanks! It's locked now though.
Penguin: They could. But again, this is not a contest. It's for your own good.

Then what's the point of 5 sentances? XD And I never said it was a contest, or hint at that.

Thanks for accepting me! I shall make sure to have at least 5 sentences per post. I shall enjoy this. But you accidently put a capital n in my name. Please fix this. It's a mistake i make as well sometimes when i hold down shift for too long.

Cnor: Once again, thank you for joining! I hope you have fun.
And I apologize for spelling your name wrong. It has been fixed.
penguin: The point, is that this day motivates you to type more in your post, onward. It will also help if you hate the 60 second rule. I thought you meant a contest because you said, and I quote "How would it detect...". So, I naturally thought you meant as to compete. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Ah, sorry. And I see what you mean there now, well - I will participate then.

3 sentences, cheater!
I'm making five because I follow.
So, try doing the 5-Sentence-Rule in the future.
Not only to fg123, but to all of you 60-Second-Rule-Haters out there.
Now, this is my cue to hit the "Submit" button.

I usually do this part of the time, though it might be 5 lines and not 5 sentences.
But I know of an actual way to defeat the 60 second rule! Highlight post:
Wait 60 seconds! *gasp*
Offline
Actually I never get the 60 second rule unless I only type replies that are about this long and go to a topic I want to post in immediately after.
"~~~~~~~"
I barely got the 60 second rule about 10 times.

Cool! I know this passed already but I think that you should make it so people HAVE to type 5 sentences or more in this part of the form. That would make it fun like a game. And yes typing longer post takes longer so you won't have the 60 second rule in your way! All so if you didn't type 2 but, two it would take a little longer. (Fun Fact: I type two faster than 2!)
