I agree. I could make it. Also, I propose a little level-select that looks like locations on a map, like in Super Mario games. This would allow bonus levels that could easily be accessed, and add in a feeling of world-wide travel. I could make it, if you want.

The party goes through a level like that and they get to the boss at the end. The pathway is inside a room which will be accessed to from the lobby.

I made a little map that has a meadow, a little lake with an island, a robocity, a desert, some orange place, and a fiery red place. Also, I designed simple level markers, but my internet isn't working entirely, and I might not be able to post it for a few days. Sorry.
