Have any of you notced that the place is getting bombarded by still Anime art? It's OKAY, but come on, whatever happened to PROGRAMMING? Most of these have no scripts at ALL! At least add MOVEMENT! Come on! Also, the current curator is bombarding the front page with it. Blarg.

icecream, thank you. You found a solution. I ACTUALLY like projects like this! It's just blank projects that make me rather annoyed. Well, not blank visual-wise but blank script-wise.

EDIT: Okay, people are getting a bit confused. I'm NOT saying that anime is BAD, It's just...I miss diversity. My friend has NO views, NO comments, and little ANYTHING. And he's GREAT at this! I just want..BALANCE! It just makes me rather...sad.

Okay, what im SAYING is, were over flooded with static art. It's not BAD art, but it great game seems to be over taking programs. Even ART programs are getting over taken! I saw a gret game. It had little love-it's, feedback, anything. I saw a static Anime picture. IT HAS LOTS AND LOTS OF LOVE-IT'S. Are we doing something wrong?

There are a lot of warrior cat projects that aren't even used in RPG's. It's not so hard to remember all the cats in the rpg, either XD

Also, I agree~ Although lately I have been making more cat projects, I have a reason~ I'm grounded off the comp (on my iTouch atm) and sometimes I sneak on :p but that doesn't give me enough time to make a quality project, so I go with making projects of kittehs.

And for the record, I think everyone should at least TRY to program. Don't just dimiss it as confusing and ignore it. You might like it smile

Anyway, I'm a Harry Potter fanatic but that doesn't mean I remember every teeny character.

I don't have a problem with art-type things so much (animations, for example.) What bugs me is projects that are drawings, and nothing else. I understand there are a lot of artists on Scratch, but...can't they at least add something other than a picture? (Eg: Something that couldn't just be posted on DeviantArt)

or flikr. one thing I got annoyed by was a project that was just "don't hack scratch" in color changing letters. It wouldn't have been as bad if they woul have just added a reason why in the project notes.

Considering that Scratch's editor is worse than Paint, I really don't get why anyone would want to upload still images to Scratch. In fact, it ruins drawings when you try to import them. Really - it just doesn't make sense.

But this war happened months ago and anything related to it got closed, so I guess it's going to remain the same. But it would really be nice if it was like 2007, where art was at least interactive.
