Yeah. Just guesses. I used a translater to translate the pokedex info. This is probably not true, but it is interesting.
CONFIRMED:
Zekrom-Zekrom
Reshiram-Reshiram
Guesses with Proof:
Tsutarja: Reina
The pokedex info translation is 'Reina is very tall because Chinou. Movement will be sharp enough and the light of the solar bout.' We don't know what it could mean, 'Chinou' is unknown. But our guess about the last part is: 'Movement is sharp enough from the light of the solar bout.'
Other Guesses:
Tsutarja: Ivysnake
Pokabu: Warmpig
Mijumaru: Rounaive, or Waround
Munna: Just Munna, or Korobaku or Bakoro
Mamepato: Dilipidge, or Pigilligant
Hihidaruma: Baflame
Meguroko: Mecroco, Meyedile
Koromori: Rollbat
Wargle: Just Wargle, or Wareagle
Rankurusu: Disonculus
Minezumi: Lookquirrel
Kibago: Tuskaw or Tusjaw
Note that the other guesses are litteral english translations of the japanese names, I just made them flow, so they aren't exact, just similar to what it could be.

Yeah, I agree. As I said, it is a litteral exaggeration. Infact, I hope it is not Ivysnake D:
Well, people have nicknamed Tsutarja 'Smugleaf', Pokabu 'Pignite' and scarily, Mijumaru 'Wotter'
No lie, that is EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE CALLED! I love pignite and wotter as names, but smugleaf? I mean, really? Smugleaf?

A FUN IDEA:
Try to create your own names for them! My possible ideas:
Mijumaru: Wotter (Seriously, I had an otter pokemon called that and I thought that before I heard that nickname)
Tsutarja: Grassnake (Meh. No creativity, I know.)
Pokabu: Pignite (I do like that one, but I admit, I knew about the nickname.) Flarunt (Lol, I came up with a fire pig first. NINTENDO STOLE 
)
Chiramii: Chinchilly (Pleck. Uncreative again.)
Munna: Inscent (You know, Incense and Scent? Because it is a scented koro? Heheh... yeah.) Bakoro (Baku, and Koro. Like the tapir monster dream eater, and scented koros)
Munsharna: Korocense (Lame. Yup.)
Gear: Cogear (A bit lamish. Its Cog and Gear)
Mamepato: Dilipidge (Blech.)
Hihidaruma: Dharmatch (Dharma and Match.) Flaboon (Barf)
Shimama: Zebrelec (Ew.) Zapra (Ew. Ew.) Yomama (Ew. Ew. Ew.)
Meguroko: Mecroco
Koromori: Batroll
Wargle: Wargle (Sounds good. War and Eagle. Wareagle would be fine too.)

Maybe its not its name, but is talking about the queen of the tsutajas! So the queen is really tall be cause of Chinou... maybe its name is Chinou?
