Oh you mean the ring sprites? I think you can find the sprites you're looking for at The Spriter's Resource.

Here are some rings. If you want a GIF, google image search for a Sonic Chaos Ring GIF.
Just save the image onto your harddrive then import it as the costume of a sprite, and you'll get all of the frames in seperate costumes.

Why don't you offer up Lord Sprites. OR is 3 months kind of a dealbreaker.
