Mesh lets you connect 2 computers through Scratch and the internet and basically make 2 player games.

This isn't a bug, so it doesn't belong in Troubleshooting. 
Here's a Mesh guide - I doubt it'll be any use though, since I based the Scratch Wiki article on it and you've read that... 
Any specific questions about Mesh?
