In a world on the verge of collapse-- by the devastation of weapons of massive power, once thought to be saviors, have now left the world in tatters. Those smart enough to save themselves from what is yet to come, have decided to build a 'safe house' to survive the nuclear war. But not all want to come; the world as been divided, and both sides have been fighting each other. If it keeps up, those above ground, will be long gone. But those below, still have a chance. Some choose to live. Some choose to die. And some...
