I don't know how to explain it.
But it definitely isn't a problem with SR...

UPDATE
As requested, there is now a page 'in between' the overview and the actual download, so every resource has it's own page. Just click the download button and it'll take you there
You can now see contributions per user (aka My Stuff), just click a username. The URL will seem familiar, resources.scratchr.org/users/JSO for example.
And quite some backstage updates have been made too.

I like this new feature, although it would be nice if it were still possible to download things from the search page. Nice touch with the user pages, too. I'm curious about the login system -- did you get access to the Scratch databases to build it?
EDIT: Yeee-haw! 10^3 posts! *fires revolvers indiscriminately into the air*

Looks good! I love the new updates
That was fast, though!
Yeah, we are sort of keeping an eagle eye on this topic to see if there are any features we should add, because it be easier to get it all done now
EDIT: New resource count: 170+

Noooooooo! More problems!
When you click on the download link, it takes you to that resource's page. But if you click on the download link there, the resource becomes a text document!

I was wondering the same thing.
Yes. JSO and Andresmh met at the Scratch conference and have been discussing it over and over.

Fixed the download thing. It made me freak out. Badly.
Now about the Login...
I talked to Andrés (by email) what would be the best option for a shared login, and now it is using the ScratchR API (yes it exists ) . We thought this method - that is, sharing the same credentials but you still have to login/logout separately - was the easiest to make while still providing the functionality we wanted. It's made for SR but also future Scratch-related sites.

Great job everyone! I love this website!! What if I wanted to just share a costume? Perhaps I missed a message about that somewhere....
Would I have to share it as a script-less sprite with one costume?

Some feedback:
- It would be nice to see thumbnails without having to click on the magnifying glass!
- I tried to upload a .bmp, I got a green checkmark, but when it came time to upload it said the format was not supported
Offline
More feedback:
- I changed my user picture on the regular Scratch site but it's still my old one on the resources site?
- .PNG and .png should be considered equivalent right?

The current thumb nails are just fillers until we get a thumbnail system up and running.
Was it "image.BMP" or "image.bmp"? Many users have been having trouble because a lot of computers automatically capitalize .bmp, so the uplaod system doesn't recognize it. Sorry
Umm, I am not sure why that happened, I'll inform JSO....
Same thing as the .bmp, the upload system is case sensitive, we're planning to fix that soon.
Thank you for the feedback

Great, now it requires you to log in to download. Now I can't download the sprites and sounds for my new game . Also, the site still won't let me log in, even when I use the correct case !

Don't worry-we're changing the login system to a ScratchR API, so as soon as we get that up you'll be able to login

Thank you so much! When do you predict the API system (whatever that is, could you explain please?) will be ready?
