The country means nothing. Anyone can join any team if the captain allows it, and if there is an available spot.  wink

Ah - the reason I added that is because we currently have no captain. We were going to change one of the members to the captain after we have chosen one  smile

Second - Looks like a cool idea - I'll read into it more in a minute.  big_smile  So that's plan A... what about B and C (we can enter up to 3 projects - more projects equals more points).
