Posting New Topics
Is there a restraint on how many topics you can post? Because I find the "Post New Topic Button" is missing sometimes.

The only limitation to how often you can post is that you may only post once every 60 seconds, though it is different for new members. However, you can't post in the "announcements" of "FAQ" forum, or in the archived forums at the bottom.
