it was hard getting the background out with multiple colors...AND i didn't want to cut me out. Like how I did the text?

Its always a pain getting the backround cut out, even with Gimp DX. I like how text looks too. I just preffer GIMP beacause the selecting aspect is a bit better, and the antialiasing is smoother, and the feathering is better, oh, and because it has alot more filters, and the Gimp has the Alpha-to-Selection, and... Oh never mind 
But yours is deffinatly tip-top when it comes to Paint.Net

Yea. I have his plugin pack and more. And now I basically only use .NET.
