How can I IPban these trolls on my forum? they keep changing their IPs.

Sorry, we don't share information about Scratchers with anyone outside of our organization. Please don't post IP information here in the future.
Re: your trolling problem. Managing an online community can be tricky! I think your best bet is to post your question in whatever forum is designed to support your forum software. They should be able to help you out.
