I think in scratch when you are creating a project you should be able to create a hyperlink so then one of the things you could do is a slideshow. What you would do is you would have one background for a homepage then there could be hyperlinks to other pages that are in the slideshow.

that can be created by broadcasts. if a sprite is clicked, you can broadcast something. then when you recieve it, something can change
