Block Suggestion

A new block for 2.0 that would be good would be block like this:
<[sound] is done playing>

for some projects.

I know there are multiple work-arounds for now, but if would a good feature for Scratch.

It is a good block for new Scratch users, but if you just use the wait (1) secs block, it works the same way. I'm so-so about the idea.

a more likely block would be <[sound] is playing?> It just seems like it would work better. because usually sounds are not playing a lot more than they are playing.
