I don't really see this idea as an need because we already have a Scratch Suggestions website for voting on different ideas for Scratch. If this were to be implemented the most that will happen is that a new user might get confused on whether to vote on the Scratch Suggestions website or on the forums. Besides, it's more organized when voting for ideas is centralized in one place instead of two because in my opinion it's more organized and the Scratch team could just look under one website instead of the current one and the forums too.

You don't "Vote for it" on the forums, you say whether you support the idea or not on the forums, and you can vote for your favorite suggestions on scratch suggestions, because I heard you're new here, and it's too confusing for you. I'm just talking about an option so users can make any kind of poll they want, whether it's related to suggestions or not. Like asking (just as a stupid example)
"Do you like cake?"
Option 1.) Yes
Option 2.) No
Option 3.) The cake is a lie!
But it would come as an option that you could add onto a thread, and users could vote with a click.

I personally think this would just take up memory. You can already make topics saying "Do you think . . ." Polls are not needed.

I disagree, we don't really need polls here at scratch. That would just encourage off-topicness. If they implemented this, I'm sure there would be at least 30 new poll topics by the end of the day. About 100% of them in miscellaneous and not scratch related.

It would probably be divided throughout Miscellaneous and Project Ideas, I don't see much use for it anywhere else besides one in Announcements every once in a while by an ST Member or asking if they support a suggestion.
