Forum users should be allowed to add polls to their threads. This would mean that scrach would add an option in the writing stage before you post to create a poll with up to like 8 or 10 options, and the ability to have users either vote for one option or multiple options. Also users should have the option to have the poll close after a certain amount of time.
ALSO! Please show your support for this idea here on the Scratch Suggestions Website

I just searched for the suggestion of 'polls on the forums', and I found about 5 suggestions. In all 5 people agreed, and there was no posts from the Scratch Team why or why not this is implemented. I agree with polls, but I'm sort of curios why the Scratch Team hasn't explained why they don't have them already. Usually the Scratch Team will explain why we don't have some features, like chat rooms.

If they disagree, they should at least explain why.

Hmm... I reckon, if someone made a poll of "Who is the best Scratcher?", with no harm meant. If someone didn't get many votes/on the list at all, some feelings might get hurt...
I'm not so sure whether I support or not...

I support the idea but

Polls that hurt feelings majorly could be removed.

I support! The only thing we have to fear is people making useless polls, but I suppose that's pretty insignificant compared to the volume of useless forum topics we already have.

Then close it...Not any different then if someone made a topic asking that without a poll...

I support. This would be very useful for things like the Supporters List (This could simplify it a lot). Also, the surveys wouldn't have to be 693452784 posts long for 20 voters. And we could get a more clear picture of the proportions of Supporters to those who disagree.

I definitely support! And I agree with Usatt1337 and MaxtheWeirdo about Wolfie1996's point.

Aren't you the one who said that the rules should be more strict?
That got some very fevered responses...I wish I had time to read them all before it was deleted
