It's a tiny bit challenging, but otherwise quite fun.

I updated the demo so the load time was shorter. The first version of Demo 2 was 9.97 MB!

Re: Requiem of Thunder

seeing as no one's commenting on either demo, I thought it was appropriate, and also topics get moved down really fast in this forum so I want to keep this up as long as possible until the final version is released.

Re: Requiem of Thunder

I guess since its show and tell, its ok. Like 20 topics are posted in at least one hour.

Re: Requiem of Thunder

Nice production, though very laggy online.

Would be nice if the player-sprite moved a tiny bit faster, though, and it appears that you are only detecting one key-press at a time making it hard to move and shoot, or move diagonaly.

Otherwise, very nice.

no, it's just acceleration/decceleration (to give the game more challenge). and the shooting thing is more of a small bug, which is only online anyway.

Re: Requiem of Thunder

Demo 2 has been updated. Boss 2's death scene now works perfectly, and the entire project is now commented (using Scratch 1.2Beta).

Also, a .exe version made with Scratch2exe is available here:

press Alt+PrintScreen, then go in Paint or any other editor of your choice and paste it. Cut out the portion that you want manually.

If you have a Mac OSX, there's a program called Grab in the Applications folder.

also, which boss are you talking about? The first one's pretty easy, the second one's hard because by the time you get to him you're already low on health from the level itself.
