1. Check if someone else has reported it on the Troubleshooting forum.done
2. If someone has posted the same problem, you can post there that you are also having the problem.
3. If no one else has reported the problem, try using a different browser and see if it fails. For example if it fails while using Internet Explorer try Firefox. If you have access to other computers try the other computers to. Once you have this information come to the Troubleshooting forum and create a new thread with your report.I can't find firefox, not even in run.

The report should include:

a) What browser you are using and what version. Example: Firefox 3.0 how can I find this?
b) The operating system you're using. Example: Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2windows xp. it's not my computer, so I'm not familiar with it.
c) The kind of computer you're using. Example: Intel PC  or Mac  Dell
d) The exact error if you get and the URL.
e) If you do not get an error but the site doesn't do what you expected tell us what it does.
f) A screenshot is very useful. Post one if possible.didn't bring my camera. sorry.
g) Tell us what kind of connection you have. Example: I am connected via DSL on a home network with a Wireless router behind a firewall. If you don't know, ask someone who can tell you.[color=red]once again, it's not my home. the tv is Comcast. It's a wired connection.

Thanks!

Re: dent on all posts.

You can usually find your browser version number under Help-About  smile

Where is this "dent" positioned on the screen?  Can you provide a screen shot image?

Re: dent on all posts.

Since you yourself are having this issue, a screen shot would be very useful. The computer you are using already has the ability to take the picture of your screen without the use of an actual camera, more details on how to take a screen shot is here: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=20431 (in section C)

Re: dent on all posts.

If it's at the bottom of each post, it could be a result of the text on shorter posts not being able to extend far enough to account for the user information on the left.

Right click on the Image, then click 'Properties'
In the 'Genral' Tab, under the "Type of file" there is "Opens with"
Click the 'Change' button.
You should now see a list of programs. Find Paint, and click OK.
Close the 'Properties' window, and Edit the image.

Hope this helps!

EDIT: If the computer just does not have Paint, you can download some different photo software. This is a list of free ones I found: http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/pixelb … otoedw.htm
